As a friend of The Perfect Fit, you know that our mission is more than providing professional clothing to women entering the workforce. Clothing is a tool for empowerment, inspiring change, increasing confidence, and enhancing our clients’ ability to succeed.
On October 20, we will gather at the Renaissance Hotel to celebrate our mission, clients, and community at our Outfit to Empower Luncheon and Silent Auction. This event sells out each year as women from throughout the Lehigh Valley come together to support the Perfect Fit and empower individual women to envision and build new futures for themselves and their families.

All proceeds raised at the Outfit to Empower Luncheon will be used to help job seekers in the Lehigh Valley prepare to enter the workforce by providing career clothing, mentoring, support, and professional development. All of our services are given to our clients at no cost to them.

For the past 23 years, the Perfect Fit has helped more than 10,000 women throughout the Lehigh Valley prepare to enter the workforce by providing career clothing, mentoring, support, and job readiness skills training. We have redistributed more than 150,000 high-quality articles of donated clothing, shoes, and accessories in our community (and kept useable items out of landfills!) 95% of our our clients report increased confidence, professionalism, and preparedness after using the Perfect Fit’s services.
