What you’ll learn
Across six sessions, you’ll get hands-on practice with:
Computer & device basics: hardware, mouse/trackpad, keyboard, file management
Operating systems: navigating the desktop, folders, settings, updates
The internet & safety: using a browser, tabs, search, privacy, and avoiding scams
Email essentials: creating an account, sending/receiving, attachments, inbox organization
Productivity basics: creating, saving, and sharing simple documents
Online forms & job tools: submitting applications, uploading documents, basic etiquette
You’ll have the opportunity to complete assessments and earn digital badges to show your skills.
