In moments of civic fatigue, our stories can become powerful tools for connection, advocacy, and change. This interactive workshop explores how personal and community narratives can influence justice, shape public perception, and strengthen civic engagement—without leading to burnout.

Participants will learn:
• How storytelling acts as civic leadership
• Narrative framing and values-based communication
• How to connect lived experiences to systems and policy
• How to craft a concise 90-second “civic story” suitable for public or community sharing

Chloe Cole-Wilson — Executive Director of Basement Poetry; expert in arts-based community engagement and storytelling for healing, equity, and justice.
